Four hours in. A season of content out.
Little Lebanon Eats · 2024
Little Lebanon Eats needed proof of her brand before festival season started — not a recap after it ended. Aflak turned a single four-hour session into twenty ready-to-post stories.

TEAM ON GROUND
3-person crew — 1 camera operator on site, 1 editor, 1 distributor
Little Lebanon Eats is Nadine's stall — a family-run Lebanese food business built on recipes passed down through generations, and a regular presence at festivals across the Lower Mainland. Nadine came to Aflak with a familiar problem for independent vendors: no in-house content team, no time to shoot between service, and a new dessert menu about to launch with nothing built to announce it.
The scope was deliberately compressed — one production day, one crew, one goal: give Nadine a real library of content to bring into the next festival season, not a single polished video she'd have to stretch across a year. What made the engagement distinctive wasn't the equipment or the edit — it was the discipline required to plan, shoot, and structure twenty separate stories inside a four-hour window without any of them feeling rushed.
THE CHALLENGE
The real challenge wasn't the camera time — it was the ratio. Most small food brands get one shoot a year and one video to show for it; Nadine needed twenty pieces of usable content, covering two different stories (her brand's heritage and a brand-new dessert line), produced back-to-back with no reshoot day, no second unit, and no disruption to a stall that still had to run that afternoon.
How we moved from brief to delivery.
02 - THE APPROACH
Before the crew arrived, Aflak mapped every reel Little Lebanon Eats needed before it was shot — which stories belonged to the brand narrative, which belonged to the dessert launch, and in what order they could be captured without doubling back. The shot list was built around Nadine's actual working rhythm at the stall, not an idealized version of it, so nothing on set required her to stop and perform.
01
ROOT · PRE-PRODUCTION
A single camera operator ran the entire four-hour session, moving through the shot list in sequence while Nadine kept working. Coverage was built to produce multiple reels from each setup rather than one hero shot per scene — heritage story, kitchen process, and the dessert menu launch were all captured in the same continuous block, at the pace the stall actually runs at.
02
BLOOM · PRODUCTION
One editor took the raw footage and cut it into twenty distinct, vertical, platform-ready reels — split across the brand story and the dessert launch — each edited to stand on its own rather than as a fragment of a longer film. A single distributor handled formatting and delivery so every file arrived ready to post, no further editing required.
